How to Turn a Fish Hook Into an Earring
- 1). Slide the beads onto the head pins in the opposite order of the way you want them to appear on the earring. For example, if you want the pattern to be green, blue, white from top to bottom, slide the white bead on first.
- 2). Bend the end of each head pin with the pliers until it is at a 90-degree angle to the beads.
- 3). Wrap the wire around the pliers to form a loop, but do not close the loop completely. Cut off the excess wire with the wire cutters.
- 4). Hook the open loop over the loop in the end of the fish hook.
- 5). Squeeze the headpin loop shut with the pliers.
- 6). Push a rubber earring back onto the end of each fish hook.
