The extensive wine list offers more than 100 types of wine from around the world is sure to please even the most discerning wine connoisseur. Chef Mark Hutchinson has created a simple yet inviting menu that features an assortment of appetizers, salads and sandwiches and entrees. Seasonal, locally sourced ingredients are used whenever possible, so expect to see as many daily specials featured as there are fixed items on the menu. Customer favorites include a ribeye steak with black truffle butter, grilled tenderloin and Australian lobster tail, and the jambalaya pasta with shrimp, chicken and chorizo sausage over fettucine in a spicy tomato cream sauce. Hutch's is open for dinner seven nights per week.

    The Left Bank

    • Just past the lively bar area in The Left Bank is the main dining room featuring exposed brick, soft lighting and comfortable seating. The space is divided into many small sections with only two to three tables making it well-suited for a quiet dinner with a special friend. Although the wine list is extensive, ask for the special reserve wine list featuring sought-after wines like the Opus One 1996 and Stag's Leap Cabernet Fay 1997. The Mediterranean-inspired menu features a variety of appetizers, salads, focaccia pizzas, pastas and grill items.
