Some could have insured not becoming a parent before he was ready, willing and able to take on the role.
Regrettably, contraception choices, not even abstinence can guarantee the health and safety of men against paternity fraud.
Paternity Fraud poses a significant problem for men and boys proven as not the father by DNA Paternity testing.
If the discovery is deemed too late, the family court has the power to ignore the DNA test results, even if it proves that the accused man or teenager is not the child's father.
