Serious Training
This is for those who really want to build their dream body, this is about muscle, this is about going beyond being tired and pushing through the barriers, this is about serious training.
Do you really want the body that you visualize in your mind and will you put in the effort required to get it or are you going to plod along and kid yourself that you are doing as much as you can.
There is a difference to saying you are going to build muscle and get the physique of a God and actually really getting on pushing yourself to the max and achieving exactly that and it is all upstairs.
Yes it is all upstairs in your head, have you got the mind to take some exercise or a workout to get that dream body.
Exercise is good for keeping generally fit and you can go for a workout without to much effort.
But if you really want to achieve more than fitness, if you want to cut the fat and build muscle mass, then you have got to work for it.
There is no point in being half minded about building muscle, it is all or nothing.
People exercise to be fit, people exercise for fun and people take a workout to feel good.
People have a game of Tennis with their friend or go for a bike ride with their family, this is great and that is how things should be.
Athletes and sportsman do not exercise they do not workout, they train to be the best, they push themselves past their limit on a regular basis and this is how they get better, bigger, stronger or faster, their mind competes with their body and their mind pushes their body past boundary after boundary.
If you want those big muscles and that low fat percentage, if you want the body of your dreams then exercise will not cut it and neither will a workout.
You have got to get into the right mind set, your head has got to compete against your body, your head has got to push your body, your head has got to become focused on serious training.
When your arm cannot perform one more bicep curl, your head has got to push your arm onto at least another rep or even two, you will be surprised what the mind can do when it is focused.
If your mind gives up on another rep then your arm will not do another rep just because it could, it will be quite happy to stop straight away.
Building muscle has got to start in the head and that has got to be the driving force behind the body actually doing it, with your mind one hundred percent behind your muscle building quest your body will not be able to fail and you will get the results you once visualized.
That is the real difference between exercise or working out and being a serious trainer.
Only the last one will build muscle.
