Now when you are researching workouts to build muscle there are a few things that you want the plan to have.
We are going to name them so you can make an easier decision.
Here they are: Diversity- Make sure that the program has multiple workouts for each body part.
This is so that after a few weeks you can change and keep your body guessing.
If the program does not ever change workouts then you should not choose that one.
Rep Range - If you are looking for supreme mass you should choose a program that has reps in the 6 to 8 range.
If you are looking for normal growth or athletic growth stick with any program that is from 8 to 12 reps.
If you are an endurance athlete you might want to stick with a program that has 12 to 15 reps.
3 Per Body Part - Make sure that there are 3 exercises per body part on whatever program you choose to go with.
This is the perfect number of exercises because it is not too little or too much.
Shy away from programs that have 5 exercises per body part because those tend to be overkill and do not do anything special for you.
These three tips should help you choose between multiple workouts to build muscle.
