• The value "AllowTSConnections" must be set to "1" in order to enable "Remote Assistance" in the Windows registry. It is located in the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Terminal Server."
  
  

Method

• The most common method to edit the registry is by using Registry Editor. It can be opened by clicking the "Start" button, clicking "Run" or "Search" and entering "Regedit."
