Causes of Eczema and its Cures

43
There is not one specific thing that causes eczema. Two of the most common causes are interrelated. The first is allergies. The other is sensitivities to chemicals and other toxins in our environment. It might not surprise you that these causes are interrelated, but there is one relationship you may have not considered - the food you eat.

If you have a food allergy, of course you would eliminate that food from your diet, but your eczema might not go away. Why not? It could be because of the poison residues in your produce. Conventionally farmed foods are sprayed with herbicides, pesticides, and fungicides. They are fed chemical fertilizers. No matter how well you wash your fruits and vegetables, some of the toxins remain in and on your food, and you ingest small amounts when you eat them. These toxins remain in your body, most stored in your fat cells. You've eliminated the food allergy, but the chemical sensitivity remains.

The same is true for conventionally farmed animals. Cattle, poultry, hogs, and fish are fed conventionally farmed foods and are given synthetic growth hormones and antibiotics, often in high doses. The residue from these is stored in their cells and passed on to you when you eat their meat.

To kill two birds with one stone, so to speak, switch to an all organic diet. Organic produce doesn't contain poison residues because it isn't sprayed with chemical poisons. Organically farmed animals are fed an organic diet and aren't given growth hormones or antibiotics. This step alone could easily end your eczema symptoms.

If your eczema doesn't disappear completely, another cure to consider is a detox cleanse to rid your body of the accumulation of toxins mentioned earlier in this article. A cleanse pulls the poisons out of your cells and flushes them out of your body. Be aware that you might feel pretty miserable after you start a cleanse because the toxins are being flushed out of your system in fairly significant amounts and you will be reacting to them. You should start feeling better after a few days, and you should also notice your eczema clearing up.

These are but two of the causes of eczema. As you can see, the eczema cure associated with each of them is fairly straightforward and not especially expensive. There are other causes associated with eczema flare ups, but by putting into practice the cures in this article, you will be well on your way to putting your symptoms into permanent remission.
