How to Troubleshoot a Logitech Webcam in Windows
- 1). Uninstall and reinstall QuickCam by clicking the Windows "Start" button.
- 2). Click the "Control Panel" and double-click "Add or Remove Programs" to open the program and applications window.
- 3). Scroll down and click "QuickCam" and click "Change/Remove." Click "Yes" to confirm and uninstall the program.
- 4). Go to the Logitech download page (see Resources below) and select your webcam. Select your operating system and click "Download Software" to reinstall the QuickCam program.
- 1). Click the Windows "Start" button and click "All Programs."
- 2). Scroll up and select "Administrative Tools." Click "Disk Administrator" and right-click the drive whose letter you want to change.
- 3). Click "Assign Drive Letter" and select the drive from the list. Click "OK" to save the changes.

- 2). Scroll up and select "Logitech." Select "Logitech QuickCam" to launch the QuickCam software.
- 3). Check the video record button. If it is recording, stop it to disable the streaming. Launch your other program such as Skype, AIM, Yahoo! or Live Messenger. There should no longer be a sharing issue.
