Here's how to lose 5 pounds with a guaranteed weight loss plan of attack.
If you're willing to give me 2 minutes during tv commercials as well as a couple minutes in the morning and night, your weight loss is pretty much guaranteed if you follow my advice.
How to Lose 5 Pounds 1.
Cold water rinse after shower (15 seconds) After you take your morning shower, rinse your body with cold water for 15 seconds.

what this does is it shocks your body into raising it's core temperature (thermogenesis) to fight off the cold water.
Your body thinks your survival is under attack.
Well, when the body raises it's internal core temperature, it creates a fat burning weight loss environment that is hostile to bodyfat.

Belly rubs (3 minutes) Ok, before or after the shower, do some belly rubs.
Here's what's up with these...
rub your hands together to create heat.
Next, lie down and rub small circles around your belly button.
