How to Cite the BSA Handbook in APA
- 1). Type the name of the editor, since there is no listed author. Then, type the year in which the book was published.
- 2). Add the title in italics. Follow up with the place where the book was published and the publishing company.
- 3). Proofread your work. For this example -- the 12th edition of the handbook, published in 2010 -- it should look like this:
Laskey, E. (Ed.). (2010). The Boy Scout Handbook (title in italics). Irving, TX: Boy Scouts of America.
In your reference list, you would indent the second line 1/2 inch.
