Gold Farming Tips - Farming Instances For WoW Gold

14
A technique that a lot of people will and do often overlook is instance gold farming.
Although people usually farm instances in groups of five, there's nothing stopping you from doing it solo if you have a character that is leveled high enough.
Before you just rush off to an instance, you should definitely do some research.
Find out which instances are best suited for your class and level.
You can always test out a few level ranges, and pick which one works for you.
Try killing some elite mobs, and then decide which level instance is easy enough for you to handle.
Here are a few places that you might want to consider when trying to find a place to farm gold solo: - The Deadmines and Ragefire Chasm - These are very easy instances to farm, even at a low level, and you should easily make about 20 gold per hour from these.
You will want to hit all the bosses for as much loot as you can and pick up anything else that drops.
In short, you need to make this a greed run.
When you're done, you can take all the items you get and sell them off at the AH or disenchant them for some quick WoW gold.
Be on the lookout for BoE blue items; although they rarely ever drop, if you can get one of them, you could sell it for 15 gold or more! - The Social Monastery - This is another good area for solo instance gold farming.
If you're at level 60 or higher, this one should be a breeze.
In the graveyard, there's a chest that spawns quite often in the torture chamber, and it's a great target for a Rogue.
Other characters will find that they can just get a lot of gold from the cloth and other items that the mobs drop inside.
You really want to keep your eyes open for the Chain of the Scarlet Crusade Armor Set.
- Shadowfang Keep - Here, you should be able to do a complete run in about 15 minutes at level 70.
You should end up with at least 3 stacks of wool, and close to 15 greens.
You can sell the wool cloth at the AH for a decent amount of gold, and the greens will get you somewhere between 2 to 5 gold each.
If you are an Enchanter, the mats at SFK, you will make about 40 to 60 gold per run.
Plus, you have a chance for Assassin's Blade to drop.
If you can get your hands on that blue, you've got an easy 1000 gold on your hands! There are plenty of other places where you can do your solo instances, but you've got to be prepared for it.
You'll want to have all of your supplies readily available, and it's probably going to be better for you to get some practice in before doing multiple runs.
Besides, you don't want to waste too much time trying to farm gold solo if you're not successful.
That would defeat the purpose...
you're trying to make as much gold as possible!
