Those That Take Their Hands of the Plough the LORD Has No Pleasure in Them - Hebrews 10 Vs 38

It is a sobering scripture and you might want to go and read from verse 35 after you read this to get it all in context, but I reckon a person that the LORD has no pleasure in, wouldn't get to heaven unless they repented and changed.

OUR TEXT Hebrews 10:38 (New King James Version) 38 Now the]just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back, My soul has no pleasure in him.
" To be just it means that you are upright, righteous and holy.
The people of God that are holy are to live by faith.
Faith requires you to believe what God has promised you what is going to happen and yet to see no evidence supporting the fact that it is going to happen.
Psalm 37:4 says that those who delight in the Lord, will get the desires of their heart.
Now a just person delights in Jesus and God.
And if your husband delighted in you, he would not treat you badly and he would not do the opposite of what you wanted him to do and he agreed to do.
Jesus expects the same off his followers.
He said quite plainly in the scriptures that, if you take your hand of the plough that you are not even worthy of Him! Here the OLD TESTAMENT is quoted by Paul (or whoever you think wrote Hebrews) and the scripture says if anyone draws back, My soul (i.
e Mind) has no pleasure in him.
Do you think someone that stays drawn back without repentance will make it into heaven? I don't think so.
It is not my intention to make you get upset, rather it is my aim to have people who read this that are not totally committed to Jesus and what the Holy Spirit wants, to repent and turn back to God.
