How to Place restrictions on your iPod Touch
- 1). Press the home button to turn on the iPod Touch. Slide the arrow where it says "slide to unlock." The home screen will appear.
- 2). Tap on the "settings" icon. Scroll down until you find the "general" settings tab. A new screen will appear with the General settings tabs.
- 3). Scroll down until you see the "restrictions" tab. Tap on the "restrictions" tab and a new screen will appear. Tap on the button that says "Enable Restrictions" to turn on the restrictions feature. A new screen will appear asking for a passcode. It will ask you to confirm it by entering it again after you have chosen one.
- 4). Turn on or off features to which you want to restrict access. You will be allowed to turn on or off the camera, FaceTime, installing apps, deleting apps, and a few other items.
- 5). Scroll down and you will find features that will allow you restrict access to your accounts, In-App purchases, and ratings for movies, TV shows, apps, and music and podcasts.
