Or that retirement account you have been diligently working to build up would be gone in a flash as you threw caution to the wind. So a small dose of stress anxiety might be just the thing that keeps all of us going in the right direction. But without a doubt the needle can swing in the other direction where our worries are so great and long lasting that they no longer are helpful, in fact they can be downright debilitating. *Continuing education classes: These types of classes will get you out of the house and moving in a positive direction. They are also helpful in supporting lifestyle changes, meeting others with the same concerns, and goal setting.
