Debbie's Beach

• Nestled on the sand with its own private pier, Debbie's Beach villa is a four bedroom, four and a half bath secluded retreat in the quiet Tres Cocos area of San Pedro. An easy walk to Capricorn Restaurant and the Palapa Bar, the oceanfront villa has a tropical beach feel and comfortably sleeps up to eight guests. Casa Beya

• Located on the Placencia Peninsula in Maya Beach, Casa Beya is a one-of-a-kind private oceanfront villa. Resembling a traditional Polynesian hut, with bright warm colors and wooden accents, the villa has three bedrooms and two and half baths. Steps from the house, go fishing, snorkeling and kayaking off its own private dock, or relax on the sand. For entertaining, there is a large outdoor dinning area, with plenty of seating for the entire family.
