Sandra and Lil take the last night and day to relax, pack and think what they wan to say to the jury for the Final Decision. The format will include a statement from each of the Final Two, a question and answer session, a rebuttal and then the vote. Prior to the Council, each of the jury discuses what they want to know from Lil and Sandra, and each of them shares their thoughts about heir chances.
Sandra mentions that she?s never had a vote against her in any Tribal Council, she?s spoken her mind, been direct and expects a close vote.

Lil says being a Survivor is hard work, not a camping trip, and she?s worn out, hurting and has no energy. They leave camp, turning around for one last look.

At Tribal council, facing a clean, rested and well-fed jury, Sandra and Lil wait for the ordeal to begin. Sandra tells the jury that she?s always been a team player, she?s kept her word and her alliances, and that she?s been up front and honest. Lil stresses she?s been herself, a hard worker, been kind even after three on the jury lied to her.

Ryan O begins the questioning. He asks Lil if she thought it was fair that she should be in the Final Two after eng voted out and out of the game for eight days. She says yes, that those eight days were very hard on her. Sandra, when asked if she rode any coattails to get there, she says no. She formed an early alliance with Rupert and Christa, but they were voted of and she?s still there.

Rupert congratulates them and tells them he is impressed with them. He questions Lil?s honesty, hat she as a scoutmaster could turn off her pledge and lie.

He asks her if anything she ever said to him was the truth. Lil tries to defend herself, but it?s clear hen?s not buying her story. He then asks Sandra if she knew that he was going to be voted out on Day 27. She says she didn?t know, that she?d voted for Jon, and that she?d warned Rupert that there was a plot against him.

Tijuana asks both women to explain why the other doesn?t deserve to be sole Survivor. Lil says that Sandra has disrespected people, resorted to name calling has no mind of her own, and has ridden coattails. Sandra reminds the jury that they are all there because Lil voted them out, not she.

Christa tells Lil she was tired of hearing her apologize for something one minute and hen then next reciting her scout oath and wonders what she rally wanted to say. Lil defends herself by stating that she?s been a scoutmaster for 16 years and threat it is part of her life. She says her firs lie was to Rupert. Christa comments on Sandra?s always coming up with a challenging strategy, including crawling through the bushes to eavesdrop on Tijuana?s alliance with Burton.

Burton says the game is about survival and strategy and asks the two to rate themselves on a scale of 1-10. Sandra says she?d give herself a 5. She last a few days, then starve and couldn?t light a fire. Lil gave herself a 7, because she had camping experience, could make fir and gather water.

Darrah asks how they got the Final four. Sandra explains that the others had heir own agendas, but she coasted along, taking advantage of other?s strategy, voting others off, while Lil says she was a ?non threat? even when she was changing alliances.

Jon wondered if the Final Two were representing others: Sandra Puerto Rico and Lil the boy Scouts. Sandra says her heritage helped her be strong, do what she had to do, take care of herself and look out for herself. Lil defended herself, saying if she had the game to play over again, she wouldn?t wear her Scout uniform because the ideals of scouting the game were two different things and she?s not happy with her actions because she didn?t represent the Scouts well.

For their last words, Sandra reiterates that she played the game as herself, being open and upfront. She?s glad to be there and has no regrets. Lil, becoming defensive and hostile, states again that she played the game with all she had and wishes she?d left her Scouts uniform at home.

When all the words are spoken, the votes begin. Lil and Sandra wait as the jury votes, but Jeff Probst announces he won?t read the votes there. He leaves Tribal Council carrying the votes and heads for the beach.

The next scene is live from Hollywood, where the Final Two and the jury wait for the vote. Jeff reads the votes: By a 6-1 vote, with only Tijuana voting for Lil, Sandra wins! As Sole Survivor, she wins one million dollars and a GMC Envoy.
