The benefits of the training session are very numerous, contributing to the increase of your performances in any type of physical activity.
This gym training session involves doing some exercises which don't require an incredible resistance, doing a few exercises at once, so that your body suffers the following chances, which lead to the increase of your contractile proteins.
First of all, you need to thicken the structure of your conjunctive tissue.
The conjunctive tissue and the tendons become more resistant when they are frequently under pressure.
They become denser, contributing to the hypertrophy of your muscles at some extent.
Then, you should keep in mind the higher efficiency of your contractions.
The nervous system is also affected by a training session with free weights.
The years of training contribute to a better efficiency when it comes to using your strength in different situations.
Here, there are some differences between the effects of the electrical stimuli of the muscles and the voluntary contractions.
The involuntary electrical contractions cause different changes in your muscles, but they don't involve the central nervous system and therefore, they have a limited efficiency.
Then, you have the increase of the dimension and of the number of muscular fibres.
In 1960, the scientists discovered that there is an MGF factor released in the muscles during a training session.
This MGF factor can determine the growth of the muscles with up to twenty-five per cent.
The mechanisms of the MGF factor are not yet known very well, at least not when it comes to the signals of a muscular growth.
In order to obtain these benefits after a training session with free weights, you have to take different principles into consideration and these would be the following: the progressive excessive effort, the variety of the exercises, the warming up and the recovery, the reversibility and last but not least, the moderation.
