Fruits are rich in vitamins and roughage which aids in the digestive system and is essential for the necessary release of energy required to burn calories.

Fruits are rich in vitamin A, B, C and D not to mention calcium which is essential for bone structure formation.
One drawback with fruits is sugar which has been named as a culprit in weight gain.
So fruits should be eaten with lots of water and exercise.
Another way to implement the right fat loss diets, is to avoid red meats which are rich in trans fat.
Trans fat are a special caliber of fat that coagulate and form solid fatty tissue while inside the body.
This can be dangerous and has been attributed to artery clogging and heart failure.
White meat such as chicken, fish and other sea food have rank better when it comes to the right fat loss diets.
They have the right protein balance and contains less trans fat.
Some people go further and eliminate all kinds of meat and instead use protein-supplementing vegetables such as red bean and eggs (although eggs also tend to contain a lot of fat).
