There are so many child stars these days.
Can you believe it? Some of them are really just babies when they get started.
But some show some major talent early on in life and that makes them the darlings of the entertainment business before they are even old enough to sit up on their own.
Unfortunately, so many of these kids go from the spot light to the jail cell or even worse.
It is a wonder they can't manage to make more out of all that talent, but their whole lives are kind of dedicated to this facade of importance and publicity and it makes their lives a mess.
Child stars may be super talented but it seems like they can't get beyond the fact they are just children and often just children stuck in a grownup's world view.
They just don't get the time to act like kids in an important way.
Being a kid is so important.
At first sight the life of a child star seems to be enviable.
But to become such a state you need a lot of luck, and you give up a lot of other things in order to reach that state.
Due to the inability to learn normal social skills, they are often stunted in this regard.
Development is the result of transactions between the child and their environment.
Each transaction results in new learning which results in the development of skills and traits.
It seems like they lose track of what is important in the worlds they live in and look for other ways to take out the chances in their lives where they can succeed.
This is where things turn bad.
Their dreams conflict with real life.
The ones that don't get the attention are probably the ones living the most normal lives.
It turns out that whatever gifts they were given in life just aren't enough to make them into model adults they need to be.
When they were not immediately fed when hungry, they learned to tell themselves that dinner would be ready soon.
This morphed into delay gratification.
