How to Do the Sleeping Vishnu Pose
- 1). Begin on your back and roll over to your right side.
- 2). Stretch yourself out into a straight line. Bend your right elbow and support the right side of your face with your right hand.
- 3). Flex both of your feet and bend your left leg.
- 4). If you do not have much hamstring flexibility, simply hold your left big toe with your left hand and practice straightening in micro movements.
- 5). If you have some flexibility in your hamstrings straighten your leg as much as possible while continuing to hold the big toe.
- 6). Engage your abdominal muscles to stay balanced on your side.
- 7). Roll onto your left side and repeat.
