Eat more often during the day but buy smaller plates.
Instead of having 3 big meals, have 4 or 5 lighter ones.

Avoid frying.
It would add a lot of unnecessary calories.

You'd be better off eating a big meal before 8am so that your body can have plenty of time to burn off the extra intake throughout the day.
The earlier you eat, the greater chance you have to burn off that extra intake.

Do not fall for Junk food and soda!!! Those are the worst food you can eat as your intake of calories will skyrocket! 5.
Snack healthy: Instead of snacking on these chocolate biscuits or lollies, snack on cucumber slices and lemon lime, it's yummy! 6.
Never go shopping when you are hungry: you will eventually buy way too much food! 7.
Breakfast should be your number #1 thing in the morning: eating breakfast will prevent you from giving in to the temptation of sugary snacks throughout the day.

Add mustard to your meal: It adds heaps of flavour.
I would recommend the French one: "moutarde de Dijon", undoubtedly the best in the world.

Try not to eat aspartame: It will make you want more sugary things.

Be ab-smart: Instead of doing 50mn of abs once a week, do 10mn 5 times a week.
