How to Find an Inmate in Kilby Correctional Facility
- 1). Visit the Inmate Search page at the Alabama Department of Correction's website.
- 2). Click on the link which says, "Search for Currently Incarcerated Inmates." You will be redirected to another page where you can input the inmate's personal information.
- 3). Type the inmate's first and last name, as well as his Alabama Institutional Serial (AIS) number in the provided boxes. The AIS number is the inmate's six-digit incarceration number. Press the "Find Records" button. You will be taken to another page with the inmate's information.
- 4). Write down or print the inmate's information. The page will contain the inmate's AIS number, full name, race, sex, birth date, current location and release date.
