There are many south Texas ranches that offer guided hog hunts. Before heading down south, be sure to pick up a valid Texas hunting license from Texas Parks and Wildlife. - JJJ Outfitters Ranch is located in south Texas in Crockett County. The ranch sits on 20,000 acres and offers a number of hunts, including hog hunts. Hog hunts last two days and a total of two hogs may be taken. All hunts include guide service, accommodations and meals, but hunters are expected to bring their own guns and ammunition. Ranch amenities include a land-line phone, satellite TV and Internet access, though cell phone reception here is very limited. Hunters of every age and experience level are welcome.

All hunt package trips include accommodations, meals, and use of the pool and cabana. There are several stocked lakes on the ranch, and hunters are welcome to bring their fishing poles to fish. Hunts include a one to one hunting guide and dressing, skinning, capping and quartering. Four hogs are allowed to be taken on each hunt and unlimited varmints. Ranch amenities include double person hunting blinds, a pool table, flat-screen satellite TV, and a trap and skeet range. Each hunt requires a minimum of four people and a maximum of 20 can be accommodated at one time.
