3 Surefire Ways To Ensure You "Move More"
Being that the majority of my clients are entrepreneurs, I find that there is a very common theme for lack of moving and that is a little thing called time.
Whether you run your own business or not, I am pretty sure you can relate many of your less than ideal habits to not enough time.
The funny thing is, most people are aware, however they believe the answer is squeezing more in what already feels like not enough time.
I however believe the opposite.
If you wish you were exercising more or moving more and you can't seem to find the time to do so, I have the answer for you: BE STILL.
I know it sounds counterproductive, why on earth would I tell you to move less when you desire to move more? Here are 5 very good reasons why you must get still before you move more.
This will force you to take an hour to an hour and a half just to be still.
You literally will walk out of this class like you are on a cloud.

- Overwhelm: If you feel as if there is just not enough time to get everything done, do you truly believe you will have a desire to add one more thing into your day? We can validate that all day long, "if I take time to workout I will be more productive and get more done", how many of you have tried using that as motivation? How is that working out for you? Moving takes more energy and effort and when you feel like you just don't have any more to give, that reason will most likely not be motivating enough.
Finding 5 minutes to be still will help increase your energy and motivation.
You will feel like you have more time and less stress, which eventually opens the door for something as simple as taking a walk. - Inner Dialogue: For those of you who don't know how on earth you can find 5 minutes to do something like move, how will you ever find the answers if you don't take time to listen? There could be this obvious, easy solution that rocks your world! But without becoming still to hear it, how will you ever know?
- Stress: The truth is it's not that you don't have enough physical time; you really just don't have any mental time.
The thought of figuring out how to fit a workout in your day where you have 10 clients, emails to answer, phone calls to return, it becomes too much! Even though there could actually be an hour somewhere in there where technically there isn't something planned the thought of filling it with more is extremely stressful.
Your brain is full and the last thing it wants is something else to think about.
Use any minutes between tasks in your day to be still and breath.
This will force you to take an hour to an hour and a half just to be still.
You literally will walk out of this class like you are on a cloud.
