• In the first quarter of 2010, the average cost of laser-based procedures was $2,150 per eye. The cost of non-customized bladed procedures was about $1,580. • Segre expounds that the total cost of Lasik largely depends of the surgeon's personal fees and new technology available. All About Vision reported in 2010 that about 37 percent of Wavefront analysis with laser flap, a procedure used to make precise corrections to vision, costs between $1,501 and $2,000, while 45 percent cost between $2,001 and $2,500.
