Depressed? - An Exercise Solution, Better Than Any Drug

What is happening to us? We seem to live in a society that constantly seeks instant results and are always on the lookout to get something for nothing.
We live our lives in a vacuum of personal accountability and responsibility and seem to have abandoned our beliefs and faith in self-discipline and good old fashioned hard work.
We expect benefits without having to put in any effort and expect happiness without any personal sacrifice.
And when we do not get these things one of the side effects is depression and we look to a pill to fix us.
