How to Change Eye Color in a Photograph
- 1). Open the photograph you want to use in a photo editing software.
- 2). Zoom in on the first eye.
- 3). Select the paint brush tool or equivalent tool in your program and choose a size that will fit the iris. Adjust the hardness to 30 percent.
- 4). Use the selection tool or equivalent tool in your program to select the iris of the eye. Click on the "add layer mask" button or equivalent button in your program. Use the filter tab and scroll until you see blur. Blur the mask layer.
- 5). Change the color in the paintbrush tool to your selected color. Make sure the opacity is light enough so that it does not completely color out the eye. Add hue and saturation filters to get the effect you desire. Click OK when you see the result you like. Save the image as a .jpeg.
