  Decorating your home is a lot of fun, especially if you are decorating in a particular theme. One such theme is a jungle room. There are several ways to go about decorating a jungle room. You can go wild and paint a lush room filled with exotic animals and birds. Another option is to use green and taupe to create a neutral room with jungle accents using wall decals and plants.
  
  

Wicker

• Wicker furniture in either white or a bamboo color enhances the jungle decor in a room. Jungles are located in warm climates and wicker tends to be associated with such climates and tropical style. Add items such as wicker chairs, with cushions, and side tables. Accessorize the room with wicker picture frames and decorative boxes.
  
  

Vines

• Create the look of hanging vines in the room. To do so, use long pieces of rope. The exact length depends on the size of the room or area. Dip the entire rope into leaf green paint. Once the ropes are dry, hang them from the ceiling to walls across the room.
  
  

Stencils

• Use stencils to paint pictures of trees, monkeys, bananas and coconuts on the wall. Once you locate the stencils, just trace them onto your walls. Use paint to color in the pictures. You can choose any birds, animals, trees and plants that you like. Also, this lets you incorporate your favorite colors into the room.
