How to Make Easy Fondant
- 1). Thoroughly mix the corn syrup, water, and sugar in a saucepan to start making the fondant.

Melt the ingredient on low heat.
Put the saucepan on low heat (don't exceed 100 degrees with a candy thermometer). Add more sugar if the fondant is not opaque enough. - 3). Add food coloring to change the color of the fondant if desired.
- 4). Pour the warm fondant over the dessert you want to glaze. Be sure to cover it evenly and smooth out any bubbles.

Decorate with frosting and other edible items.
