How to Easily Improve Your Chances of Getting Pregnant Fast

6
Sometimes, it isn't easy getting pregnant.
Is may seem that other couples practically look at each other and - kaboom - they're expecting before you know it! But for you, it's going to take a bit more effort than you had originally planned.
And, that's OK, because when you are finally with child, the rewards will be all that much greater.
What can you do to improve this situation? As it turns out, some people just need a little push, their bodies need some extra help in timing certain events and, ultimately, knowing just what to do and the best time to do it to really improve the probability of a successful pregnancy.
Knowing exactly the right time to make love is the key to getting pregnant if you're having a difficult time conceiving.
Most women know that the best time for fertilization is when you are ovulating, but many don't know exactly when that is, or which is the best method to know for sure.
Some women will try to take their basal body temperature and look for a slight increase of less than one degree Fahrenheit to determine ovulation.
The basal body temperature is the lowest temperature that your body reaches during sleep.
The basal body temperature method is a good method, and a reliable one as well, but you must keep highly accurate records for at least a month.
And you will need a special, more accurate thermometer for reading this slight temperature increase.
There is another way to tell if you're ovulating, and it doesn't require you to take temperatures, or any other complicated measures.
This method is ancient and many swear by its accuracy.
But, it is not truly "scientific" in nature, and requires you to learn a little bit about your own body, and how it works.
The key here is to look at your cervical mucous.
To tell if you are ovulating or not, take a look at your cervical mucous.
If it's thin and fairly slippery (see - this method requires some judgment on your part) then you are most likely ovulating now.
If the mucous is thick and sticky, then, odds are, you are not ovulating at this time.
This method is somewhat subjective, and you need to examine yourself regularly for up to a month or two just to get a baseline on what is thin and slippery, and what is thick and sticky is something only you can do.
But, when you do finally get pregnant, you will remember me!
