How to Heat Up Deli Pastrami in the Oven
- 1). Preheat your oven to 325 F.
- 2). Place a layer of foil over the small baking sheet.
- 3). Lay your pastrami in a single layer across the foil.
- 4). Heat for five to seven minutes. The USDA recommends that reheated meat reach an internal temperature of at least 165 F to be safe. Use a meat thermometer to check the temperature before consuming. Note, the meat should easily reach this temperature because deli pastrami is usually sliced very thin.
