Gain Fast Muscle - 4 Awesome Tips to Jump Start Muscle Growth

To gain lightning fast muscle growth, it will take you effort. I'm not gonna lie. But it IS a possibility given you are on the right diet and training program. Here are 4 hot tips that all successfull bodybuilders use to gain muscle and gain it FAST.

1. Lift low rep high weight. You want to get huge? Then you have to lift Huge!  Don't look at the heaviest weight you can handle and be afraid of it. Embrace it. Embrace the pain that you feel when pounding out rep, after rep, after rep, till your muscles just cannot take it anymore. That is the only way to gain muscle when your training. From complete and total failure of the muscle. If you can still take your t-shirt off or be able to wipe your behind after a workout, you didn't hit it hard enough.

2. Eat BIG and eat right. What you put into your body is whats going to come out. So if your eating nothing but a cerial in the morning and a few small, tuna sandwhiches throughout the day, you aren't going to be gaining anything. If you want to be big, EAT BIG. ( I know I said a similiar sentance in the last paragraph but this is true. Do it BIG and you will get BIG.) Stick to high protein and high carb, clean foods, such as tuna, brown rice, potatos, chicken, steak, yams. Aim for at least 3000 calories a day. (this is for your average 170lb man, if you weigh more or less, adjust according to your weight  and metabolism speed.)

3.  SLEEP. Without rest, you will not grow. Period. Try and get at the absolute least, 7-8 hours a night. Stop staying up all night partying, gaming studying. Get to sleep early and get solid quality sleep. If you can fit in a quick power nap after/before work that is perfect to add on top of your sleep regimen for a few extra hours a day.

4. Dedication to all of the above. Consistency to all aspects of bodybuilding is the secret ingridient to your muscle building success, yet so many people work out for month after month, year after year, and they look the same throughout. "Dude, man, I put on like 10 lbs last year! YEAH!" Sure 10 pounds in a year is all fine and dandy, but 30 lbs in 8 months is far more impressive and far more worth it.
