Though, AADHAR card is becoming most common document but still the remote areas of the country are not having this facility. Majority of the population of the country is still far from the most needed identity certificate.
AADHAR card has dual facilities as it proves address and photo identity both. The bio metric recognition is only possible with this ID. You can go ahead to get your AADHAR card online too. If AADHAR card is not there, you will have to provide two identity cards to establish your identity. In case you don't have any identity card, you can still open your bank account. A small account is available for such persons who don't have any ID proof. They are supposed to provide the required documents within one year. Their account is allowed to be opened but with some of the restriction. They cannot perform larger or routine transaction until the production of valid documentary evidences.
Luckily, Prime Minister of the country has launched a scheme namely Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojna and under this scheme, bank account opening has made too easy. In case the person don't have any documentary proof, he/she can have the bank account as per the guidelines of government but such individuals are suggested to produce the paper within year so that the validity of their account is maintained till further. Now, it is cleared that opening SB AC without supporting documents is not a problem and can be done in easy manner.
As far as AADHAR card is concerned, the same can be downloaded through the official website of the concerned ministry. Some essential input is required and you will have your AADHAR card provided you have entered correct input details. It is mandatory for all the individuals to keep the acknowledgement slip, recvd at the time of registration for AADHAR card. The acknowledgement number, date and time are the major requirement for downloading the e0-aadhar card. It should be clearly implant in mind that till date, no online procedure is developed to generate the acknowledgement slip online.
