Rowling admits she can't answer questions or comment on ideas that you include in your letter. She's also unable to sign photographs or books, so if you send something to be autographed, expect to receive it back unsigned. And don't fantasize about gaining a pen pal; Rowling admits she's too busy with work and family commitments to take on a writing buddy.
