Qivana Training Program
One of the main things that you review when searching for a network marketing company to join is what kind of training programs/resources do they provide to their recruits?
This article is a review of Qivana's training materials and guidelines in-depth.
I have been a representative for Qivana for over 1 year and in that time frame I have been following the program to the T of what is recommended and how a sponsor is supposed to act. The following are the pros and cons that I have come to the conclusion of during my course of Qivana training program.
Cons:
The number one thing that your warm market will need to see is success in the products and in the program itself. If you have just started out in a program and begin to pitch your program to your warm market, you can guarantee that most, if not all, will take it as an insult. Do not take this personal, only because this technique has been played out to the fullest!
But, if after a while you start to have steady income rolling in and then your friends and family will begin to notice and will come to you about what you are doing. Nobody gets insulted then. My advice, wait until you are successful before pitching to your warm market!
Most of these websites are sloppily thrown together and are more of a hassle than anything, it is not wise to send your traffic to your company provided website but thru a personal squeeze page that you have specifically setup yourself.
Pros:
I know that only 2 cons seems like not enough but there really isn't anything that I like better than the Qivana training that has been provided to me.
Even though I have been in Network Marketing for over 7 years, transitioning into a new program and learning everything there is about the products and particulars of the specific business is not an easy task. Qivana has made this transition as easy as I can imagine it could be!

Cons:
- The number one thing that I disliked the most about the program is the ancient recommendation of "making your list of 100 people that you know." This has been played out to the fullest and with the advent of the internet, there is no longer any reason for you to do this, initially at least.

- Cookie Cutter Website: Network Marketing companies need to step up their web presence and offer different aspect to sponsor websites to make them more appealing to visitors.
Most of these websites are sloppily thrown together and are more of a hassle than anything, it is not wise to send your traffic to your company provided website but thru a personal squeeze page that you have specifically setup yourself.
Pros:
- Qivana Business Presentation: This is a 4 page document that has listed every aspect points about the opportunity and in depth on the products themselves. I find myself reviewing this sheet every day in order to add as many selling points that I can when I am talking to a prospect. This is one of the first companies that I have joined who have outlined this so much in-depth.
- QTeam University: This is a full blown website with every marketing tool and informational product that you can ever need or want regarding your business and products. I have found that they've outlined "How to Start" "In-Depth Compensation Plan" "Power Lines" and much more.
- The Most In-Depth Information regarding Qivana Products: Every product is completely outlined and detailed all the way down to the specific all natural ingredients that Qivana uses. This allows the sponsors added material in explaining the products to prospects and bringing awareness to their benefits.
- 48 Ways to Prospect and Build Your Business Today: Yes, they have a document that outlines 48 different ways that you will be able to build your business, in the 21st century! This is one of the first companies that have optimized their websites with the latest lead capture technology and autoresponders to capture lead information of visitors that come to your site. This document allows you to point traffic to your site online and off!
- Qivana Power Point Presentations: Extremely helpful when talking to more than 2 people at a time. These presentations are completely setup for you and allow you to keep on track and go in depth on all of the products and opportunities available.
- Multi-Lingual Site: Qivana has integrated their websites that allow it to be translated according to the visitor. If the visitor is from Mexico, then everything will be translated into Spanish as with everything other country.
