Standard Uninstall

• The standard uninstall procedure for Windows applications may be interrupted by other programs and processes. If the uninstall process has failed, reboot your PC in safe mode by tapping F8 as the computer starts up and selecting safe mode from the menu that appears. Safe mode will minimize the chance of third-party applications and processes interfering with the uninstall procedure. From within safe mode, visit the Programs and Features section of Control Panel, where you will find a full list of your installed software.
