How to Use Cube in Ubuntu
- 1). Open Terminal.
- 2). Type "sudo apt-get install compizconfig-settings-manager," and press "Enter." Type your sudo password, and press "Enter," then the CompizConfig Settings Manager will install.
- 3). Click the "light switch" icon on the desktop menu, and select "Control Center."
- 4). Click "CompizConfig Settings Manager."
- 5). Click the boxes next to "Desktop Cube," "Rotate Cube" and "Cube Reflection and Deformation."
- 6). Click "General Options," and click the "Desktop Size" tab. Use the slider to set the Horizontal Virtual Size to four. Close the Control Center. You should have the cube. If not, try restarting your computer.
- 7). Press "Ctrl," "Alt," plus either the left or right arrow to spin the cube. Alternatively, you can press "Ctrl," "Alt," plus the left-mouse button to spin the cube with your mouse.
