How to Find Divorce Records in Orange County, Florida

    • 1). Go to the Orange County Clerk of Courts's website at www.myorangeclerk.com. Click on the "Look Up Cases on myClerk" link. A new window will open.

    • 2). Click on "Civil Case Records," then click on "Family Case Records." A form will appear.

    • 3). Select whether you wish to search by the case number, the filer's name, the attorney's name, or the date the case was filed. The form will change based on the type of search chosen.

    • 4). Enter the search criteria. If searching by case number, enter the case number. If searching by the filer's name, enter the first and last name of the person who filed the original paperwork. If searching by attorney, enter the attorney's first and last name. If searching by filing date, enter a range of dates that contain the filing date.

    • 5). Select "Dissolution of Marriage" from the "Case Types" menu, then click the "Search" button. A list of all divorce cases that meet the search criteria will appear.

    • 6). Click on the case number of the file you wish to view. The website will display a case summary that lists the status of the case and a history of all filings that have been made in the case.
