Then to the top of the lipstick a layer of yellow concealer is applied. With the help of a sponge, the concealer is dabbed onto the top of the lipstick to cover it completely. The red tone of the lipstick is balanced by the yellow in the concealer.

Now with the help of a new sponge, you can start dabbing a foundation over the top so as to match your skin tone. It may be necessary to mix and match several foundations to find the right shade. Finally, to set the foundation and concealer, you will have to apply a layer of translucent powder.
