How do you find a good subject and make it interesting, that gets readers flocking to it? 1.
Do your research to see if there is a demand for your subject, passion, or niche.

Do a search for how much competition there is.
This can often be overlooked in our zeal to get writing.
By finding the demand, simply means to find the number of people who have the same interest as you in that particular niche or topic.
If you write about a topic that very few people have an interest in, you can't expect to attract a large following.
You could however have a very selected audience who are hungry for new material as no one bothers to supply that niche.

Are people searching for this information? Search the internet for a "key word tool".
This tool will give your the number of searches people make on the internet for a particular word or phrase.
Once you find a suitable tool, type into the search box your key word topic and see how many searches are made on it.
Make a note of all the keywords and key phrases listed together by the number of searches for it.

Now in your browser search bar, type in your topics "key word phrase" in quotes, for example "golden Labrador puppies" and do a search.
A list will come up under a heading "First ...
of ..
...
(This many total searches)".
This will give you a idea of how much material is already on the Internet.
Your competition.
Now carry on your search for all the worth while key word phases that people are searching for.
This is to get an idea of how much competition there is for each searched term.
If you dig deep you should find a topic that you can write about that has a chance to be found by your targeted readers.
Now make sure your article writing is interesting, intriguing, informative or compelling and you will have a demand for your articles.
