The DHS Has Purchased 2 Billion Rounds of Ammunition Recently
Why has the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) purchased 2 billion rounds of ammunition in the last 10 months? There has been an increase from 800 million to a staggering 2 billion during just the current administration alone. There are today even more than seventy separate federal law enforcement agencies employing over 120,000 officers with arrest and firearms authority. That is a growth of officers amounting to just about 30 percent between 2004 and 2008. It is not the quantity of bullets we have to be concerned about, but instead the number of federal agents with guns that it takes to make use of those bullets.
To provide a bit of perspective, experts estimate that at the peak of the Iraq conflict United States troops were firing around 5.5 million rounds per month. The Federal government will now be domestically armed for a 24-year Iraq war within America. Clearly, this doesn't add up. Something strange is obviously going on, wouldn't you agree?

The current administration asserts that federal law enforcement agencies need to have the ammunition for mandatory quarterly firearms qualifications and other training sessions. They claim that Federal solicitations to spend money on the bullets are known as strategic sourcing contracts that really help the government receive a minimal price for a substantial purchase. The training centers and run by the Homeland Security Department make use of nearly 15 million rounds every year, primarily on shooting ranges and in training activities. Once again, this simply doesn't add up.
Hollow Point Bullets?
This past year the Social Security Administration publicized a notice that it was in fact purchasing 174,000 hollow point bullets. What are these kinds of bullets going to be used for by SSA officials? One does not target practice with hollow point ammunition because it is higher in price and would tear objects up. They are, in fact, not even lawful for usage in war.
A solicitation originally posted on December 17 on behalf of the DHS Federal Law Enforcement Training Center professed the necessity for 200 cases of 40 Cal, 180 Grain, Jacketed Hollow Point bullets, with every case containing 1000 rounds, to be shipped almost immediately when the contract is awarded. This is 200,000 hollow point bullets!
Citizens Stocking-Up
There recently has been a huge increase in the purchase of firearms and ammunition by the American public also. They are stocking-up because they realize that these may not be available in the near future. The shelves and supplies of many dealers are becoming empty. Manufacturers are experiencing demand that they cannot keep up with so that there are many long delays on purchase orders.
They are certainly having an arms race against the American citizens and the government is gearing up for total collapse and substantial wars.
