Is It a Challenge to Achieve?

12
What does having a New Year's Resolution mean to you? What it should mean for you is: What are you committed to achieve within or by the end of the year? Within a space of twelve months, what would you like to see being accomplished in your life or even the lives of others? This had me wondering what the word "achievement" means.
Most dictionaries will tell you that to achieve means to reach a point of satisfactory completion over a particular objective.
What the delightful dictionaries do not tell you is how you should see achievement a state of mind.
As in when you wake up in the morning you must have the mental attitude of having already achieved the thing you want to achieve.
You must see it, what "it" is for you, as if you have already achieved it.
This mental process when practiced daily will help you become success conscious.
And it is when your mind is dominated by thoughts and feelings of success that you will attract success towards you.
You need to realize that nothing ever takes physical form without the thought energy that precedes it.
You and I sometimes don't hold the image of success in our minds long enough for it to manifest in ourselves and then blame circumstance for this lack of consistency.
The consistency in how what you hold, with faith, in your mind you will one day hold in your hand.
What is needed from you is your loyalty and determination of focused to your desired outcome.
What do YOU want to achieve? Allow me to ask you again: What do YOU want to ACHIEVE? You need to KNOW what you want in order for you to achieve that thing in your life.
If you don't know where you are going, when would you know to celebrate? But when you do know what the picture of success looks like, then you can even start to celebrate right now as you joyfully work your way towards your goal.
Since it is said that a successful person is one who is progressively realizing her worthy goal.
Remind yourself what it MEANS to achieve.
Humans, I'm sure you've noticed too, do things for emotional reasons and not for logical ones.
So you would need an emotionally strong, motivating reason for you to achieve.
If not, chances are you will procrastinate and end up under achieving on your goals.
Isn't it about time you stopped short selling yourself? Isn't it about time you finally took CONTROL of your life? It reminds me of a question this guy asked in the DVD I was watching, a question I will now leave with you: "When is NOW the right time for change in your life?"
