Insanity For Pets?
He's a very good boy, my dog, he often comes and gives me affection, kisses and tail wags, big happy dog smiles and even jumps up on the couch and lays like a lion, wrapping his body around my neck like a stole to give me kisses or try to steal a bite of my mid day snack.
My dog is a goofy dog whom thinks he's the alpha male of the household and rules over us, his family and pets.
Keeping us on our toes by jumping on beds at 5 am to gently place his paw on our face till we can't breathe and coughing, to only be greeted with a wet slobbery kiss, and a quizzical look, "where is my breakfast cookie?" He's such a little monkey sometimes, he even loves to eat bananas.
My dog is quite the character but he's never destructive.
That is what makes the difference between a happy pet and a destructive one.
You might think it's normal for your pet to scratch and rip up your furniture or possessions.
But in fact it's a behavioral mental personality.
Your pet needs stimulation and attention.
No animals can exist without proper well-being, if isolated and neglected.
If for long periods of time your pet doesn't receive any attention, they get bored and also destructive.
It's a cry for help and a need for love that is much craved.
Dogs are pack animals it's in their genetic make-up to be surrounded by others and given the attention they need and desire.
Some animals don't need as much attention but every animal still needs to know they're loved and given affection.
For example if you own a bird and notice its constant head bobbing and moving back and forth.
This can mean that the bird is slightly insane because of lack of attention and love.
All pets need attention and if not given the love they need, they become restless, bored, anxious and in worse case scenarios even mentally disturbed.
And in this behavior will cause destruction or other bad behavior.
If your pet shows such behavior try giving them more attention and love, and see the positive results happen.
