1. You need to know how much batter you should pour into the cups

How much batter filled in the cups is depend on the recipe that you use. Therefore if you use a new recipe you need to test it first before you use the recipe to make cupcakes in large numbers. It is useful to ensure that your cupcakes will have evenly size and cook at the same time. Imagine how awful it looks when you make cupcakes with unevenly sizes.

2. Choose the right pan size

A good pan to bake cupcakes is pan that has a good quality. If you use a shiny pan which is heavy at the edges then you already use the right pan. You should provide a second pan so that you can bake cupcakes simultaneously without having to cool the pan first which is a waste of your time.

7. Use only one pan at a time

For perfect results make sure you only put one pan of cupcakes into the oven. This way your cupcakes will be evenly cooked since the oven heat will be evenly distributed inside the oven without any hitch.
