Disable all add-ons

• 1). Click "Start," "All Programs," Accessories" and "System Tools."
  
  
• 2). Click "Internet Explorer (No Add-ons)."
  
  
• 3). Check for any problems in Internet Explorer. If the problem is resolved, disable add-ons permanently by clicking "Start," "Internet Explorer," "Tools," and "Manage Add-ons." Disable the option for add-ons and click "OK."
  
  
• 4). Re-start Internet Explorer.
  
  

Reset Internet Explorer

• 1). Click "Start" and "Internet Explorer." Click "Tools" and "Internet Options."
  
  
• 2). Click "Advanced," "Reset" and click "Reset" again.
  
  
• 3). Click "Close" and "OK." Restart Internet Explorer.
  
  

Malicious Software Removal Tool

• 1). Download and install the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool. (See Resources)
  
  
• 2). Click "Visit the Microsoft Download Center" to browse to the software download page.
  
  
• 3). Click "Download." Select "Run" to install the program. The tool will launch automatically.
  
  
• 4). Restart your computer when the tool finishes checking your computer.
  
  

Download Internet Explorer

• 1). Browse to the IE download page. (See Resources)
  
  
• 2). Enter your country/region and operating system.
  
  
• 3). Wait for the download to start automatically. Click "Run" in the File Download and Security Warning windows.
  
  
• 4). Follow the on-screen prompts to finish the installation. Restart your computer when the installation is complete.
