Bugs That Want to Destroy Your Garden

Can you imagine working hard as heck to build a garden only to have pesky insects eat all of your crops? This happens all the time to people who do not know any better, they have seen whole crops totally destroyed by some irritating insects that feed off of their hard work and efforts.
Some of the worst offenders will include the following insects.
A cabbage butterfly This insect gets its kicks by laying eggs on leafs of cabbage on either side.
When these insects hatch, they will then begin to eat the leaf in which they were hatched on.
The only thing that can be done about this is to put a net over the crop.
This will stop the insects from getting to them and laying their eggs.
If you try to use chemicals, you may jeopardize the integrity of your crops.
Slugs Slugs are nothing to mess with when it comes to keeping your garden healthy.
If you are not careful slugs can destroy all of your crops before you even have a chance to know what happened.
Slugs devour anything they can get to, they do not discriminate.
One of the ways you can protect yourself from them is to use a slug pellet.
Slug pellets will usually keep the slug problem under control.
Of course there are other pests to worry about, and there are several ways you can go about attacking the problem.
People sometimes decide that they want to have there garden sprayed with certain chemicals to get rid of the problem.
This is the exact thing that is done on some of the larger commercial gardens that grow most of the produce in your grocery store.
What you are not told is that this can make them very unsafe to eat sometimes, and this is why people choose to grow their own vegetables.
Do not let any of this stop you from growing a garden.
Everyone faces problems with their gardens eventually.
You can deal with them and move on.
Just keep in mind that the benefits will far out weight the risks.
