Man Boobs? It's Your Diet

8
Sticking to a diet is hard. You have to not just pick a diet and start you have to actually change your attitude and eating habits so that you don't just do a diet for a few months, look a bit slimmer for 6 months and in 12 months you have done a diet, slipped off the diet, slipped back into your old eating habits put back on the weight and are bigger that when you started, and your subconscious says 'i'm not doing that again'.

If you don't have the right attitude towards yourself and food before you start to change your diet you are destined to fail. So if you are going to do it, do it properly its not a diet its a long term permanent change in the way you look at food and your life, you have to not want to eat the crap that will feed the manboobs. But you need to make a plan, it takes some effort but its worth it. Here are a few tips:

* Get motivated - find all the sources of motivation you can, read fitness mags, find other peoples health success stories e.t.c. Imagine how you want to look, visualise and hold on to that image, you can refer to this image when you feel like dropping your diet plan.

* Make a plan - find or make the diet you like and is relevant, take the time to digest it properly. Choose the food you are going to eat, know how to cook it, then buy it and cook it. Make sure you track your results.

* Hunger - learn to deal with your hunger. This is crucial because if you feel hungry after you have consumed all you know you are supposed to for the day you may be tempted to cheat, so have an enjoyable activity close at hand to take your mind off the hunger. If you must eat then eat a healthy snack, so be sure to pick some up.

* Don't weigh yourself every couple of days, the body naturally goes up and down day to day so this can be discouraging once a week is enough

* Keep a diary - make sure you know what and when you eat so you know if you are on track or not.

* Reward yourself - if your diary says you've been good then remember to allow yourself a little treat or a kick in the ass

Dont worry if you have a few slip ups to begin with, change is hard at the start just take your time and make small steps. Dont take on to much and just try to stick to hitting small goals each week.

Stay tuned for pt2 where I will be telling you what foods you should stay away from if you want to lose man boobs. So till then

Good Luck and Dont Give Up.
