The Direct Commerce Academy - The Consumers Fault

36
So you've seen or heard about "The Direct Commerce Academy" and you're wondering what the go is...
Is it a legit opportunity, or is is just another get rich quick scam? I've read plenty of customer complaints of seen posted all over various forums and websites saying that it's a scam, but when I took a closer look, I would have to disagree with them.
You see, the people who are making the complaints are the ones that signed up to the program without taking a good hard look at the terms and conditions for the program.
These people say that their credit card was charged without their permission...
which is completely wrong...
they gave their permission when they agreed to the terms and conditions without fully understanding - or even reading them in most cases.
This is why so many people label programs like The Direct Commerce Academy to be a scam...
they simply don't know what they're getting into.
Here's what they do...
They see an ad for a work at home opportunity, see the promising offer and become interested.
They then see that to start it only costs a couple of dollars ($2.
97 in this case).
Many people like the offer on hand and gladly provide their credit card details...
thinking that it is only a one-time payment.
What they don't realise is that they are signing up for a trial period and that their credit card will be charged a larger amount automatically if they don't cancel their trial within the set period.
Because these people don't read the terms and conditions they don't know this and are then shocked when they take a look at their credit card statement.
So they then usually jump online and go around telling everyone it's a scam when in the end it was really their own fault.
So is what The Direct Commerce Academy is doing right? No, not at all.
They should definitely make people more aware of the terms and conditions.
But in the end, it's the consumers responsibility to know what they're getting into.
