I started by going to gym (an enjoying it) once a day for 30 minutes and in about 4 weeks I lost most of my man boobs and also lost weight and had bigger arms and abs.
Even though I didn't really want to "get in shape" I did anyway without even trying.
What I did was mix a cardio work out in with some weight training, and started to see the difference in about 2 weeks.
After 4 weeks, you'll notice a big difference and your man boobs will be gone.
Start by doing 4 sets of ten on four different machines that work out your chest.
Make sure you drink plenty of water while training.
Don't do heavy weights that make you strain, just heavy enough to make yourself tired.
After 20 minute of strength/muscle training, break it up by doing some quick cardio work.
I would use the treadmill, jump rope or the Stairmaster.
Get a good 10 - 15 minutes of cardio exercise in.
That's really it.
In about a month I lost weight, gained muscle and most importantly, lost the man boobs.
