Ravioli Maker Instructions
- 1). Assemble your ravioli maker properly, following the specific assembly instructions provided with your model. Some ravioli makers are freestanding and sometimes fully assembled, while others attach to a mixer. If attaching to a mixer, it typically hooks into the mixer's attachment housing.
- 2). Fold the pasta sheet in half and place the folded end in the ravioli maker's hopper.
- 3). Turn the handle so it grips the pasta sheet and starts to pull it through. Only turn the handle a little so it just grabs onto the pasta sheet.
- 4). Pull the pasta sheet apart and lay one side on each side of the hopper.
- 5). Attach the filling attachment to the top of the hopper so it sits securely. It should sit between the two pieces of the pasta sheet.
- 6). Spoon the filling into the filling attachment until full.
- 7). Turn the handle slowly so the pasta sheet starts feeding through the ravioli maker. You should see ravioli strips coming out of the bottom of the maker.
- 8). Spoon more filling into the filling attachment as needed.
- 9). Set the filled ravioli strips on a floured surface and allow to dry for about 10 minutes. Pull the ravioli pieces apart after they dry.
